James Liston

Surveying Director

James Liston leads the surveying and commercial functions at Edenway Contractors. Having spent his career with the company, he has extensive knowledge of estimating, quantity surveying, procurement and commercial management.

James works closely with clients and project teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, providing value, cost certainty and professional service from tender through to final account.

David Browne

Construction Director

As Construction Director of Edenway Contractors, David Browne brings over 30 years of experience in groundworks and civil engineering. He leads the day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme and to the highest standards.

David has successfully delivered residential infrastructure, roads, drainage, foundations and external works for developers across the South East.
